The coating plant completely renovated its production systems in 1999, and a new,360 cm wide system has been installed with avant-garde coating technology. This new technology permits the execution of 4 coatings(2per side) of PVC with constant control over the quantity of PVC spread over the fabric provided by electronic equipment that automatically manages all the parameters set. Double lacquering on the external part and 1 coat of lacquer on the internal part of all the fabrics and the printing of 2 colours on one side, or one printing per side of the fabric is performed with just one single passage. The new width of 360 cm is applied in all the departments, such as cutting, packaging, and storage, which have all also been completely renovated.
